The coaches really know how to read each kid and push them at the right level. My daughter's stick skills have improved dramatically, but maybe even more importantly, she's starting to see the field better and make smarter decisions during games. Worth every penny.

MK and her coaches run great practices. There is an incredible focus on developing the girls' skills and their lacrosse IQs. They also have focused coaching by position which has contributed a ton to our daughter's development. We are thrilled with the amount of playing time as well - four days per week will pay off, big time.

Having been around lacrosse for many years, the coaching at Fog City is truly the best we've experienced - I have complete trust in what the coaches are building. We believe in the process and know great things are coming.

I love that they focus on lacrosse IQ just as much as physical skills. So many programs just have kids running drills without understanding the 'why' behind them. The FC coaches actually explain strategy and help the girls think through different game situations. My daughter comes home talking about what she learned and asking to practice in the backyard.
